One of the main worries that job seekers have is that their chances of being hired by a company seem to decrease as they get older, especially in unskilled or low-skilled jobs. However, these people often have not only the same enthusiasm and motivation as younger people, but also possess valuable experience for any position.
At Pasqual Arnella we are very aware of this. We are a family business, and this year we are celebrating 130 years in the hands of our fourth generation. We would not have reached where we are today without having combined the experience of previous generations with the creativity of the newer ones.
For this reason, we have decided to access a line of aid* from the Catalan Employment Service, financed by the European Union and aimed at employing people aged 30 and over. This call includes permanent contracts and temporary contracts with a minimum duration of 12 months.
Thanks to this program, new employees have joined our team, reinforcing it with their experience and knowledge in different departments.
